- build websites based on someone else’s design
- design in applications that most people have at home already
- charge exorbitant prices
- domain registration and hosting and printing (but I can help you find good hosts and printers that I’ve used myself)
how much?
- a basic website starts at R2500.00. This includes original “look and feel”, up to 10 pages, blog functionality (if you want it), user manual (if your site is based on WordPress). You really don’t need to pay R10000.00 just for a basic website.
- if your website is of the more complicated persuasion, I will quote you accordingly from the outset (no hidden costs in other words)
- identity design is a flat fee of R500.00 including your logo and various business stationery
- design for printing on clothing can be done and done easily but I’ll need to quote you for your specific requirements. Roughly R150.00 an hour.
- all other print media (posters, banners, bumper stickers, advertisements and the like) are their own animal and will be quoted for separately. Different animal, still R150.00 an hour.
- any other digital design … still R150.00 an hour.
